Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cure All Essentials! Below are the terms and conditions for our shipping polices.
Shipping accommodations will be made according to the products that are being purchased, location of final destination and fragility.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on all invoices or at checkout online. Domestic: - All orders are processed & shipped usually within 1-2 weeks on business days due to hand pouring fresh small batches. Shipping and processing times may be sooner than 1-2 weeks depending on stock and cure time for some candles. Orders are not shipped out on weekends, Thursdays or holidays. This is partly to ensure the freshness and quality of your order. Shipping Rates & Delivery: - Shipping is calculated based on Zip Code.

Some orders may take longer depending on demand, please be aware that we will contact you if shipping takes longer than 14 business days.

There will be NO sale or purchase of hemp and hemp-derived CBD products in the following U.S. states:

Lip Scrub Shipping Policies:
My lip and body products are all natural and ultimately, I do not use any emulsifiers or synthetic ingredients; because of this my All-Natural Organic Lip Scrubs are affected by warm temperatures. With this being the case, any Lip Scrub orders will ONLY be shipped PRIORITY SHIPPING and sent out between Monday’s and Wednesdays to ensure the shortest travel time, so your product(s) are both fresh and ready to use. If you place an order on days not in the beginning of the week, I will ship them the following week to ensure your product is not sitting in a warm warehouse longer than necessary. A tracking number will be provided to you through USPS.
Please be sure to monitor your tracking If you have purchased an All-Natural Organic Lip Scrub so that you don’t have it sitting in a mailbox in warm temperatures.
Return & Exchange Policy
There will be NO returns or exchanges on Lip or body care products. Cure all Essentials is not responsible for damaged products during postal transit. We make sure all items are packed and protected properly and are not responsible for the movement of packages by the USPS or other shipping services. However, if you have received the wrong product, we will be more than happy to correct our mistake and resend any missing item.
